Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blueberry Hibiscus cold brew (1.5 tsp per 8 oz, 3 to 5 hours)
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz honey syrup
  • Small handful of blueberries
  • Mint
  • 2 oz soda water
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Muddle the blueberries and mint.
  2. Add cold brew, lime, and honey syrup over ice.
  3. Top with soda and stir gently.

Cocktail: Replace the soda with prosecco.
