Ingredients
- 1 cup Blueberry Hibiscus cold brew (1.5 tsp per 8 oz, 3 to 5 hours)
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz honey syrup
- Small handful of blueberries
- Mint
- 2 oz soda water
- Ice
Steps
- Muddle the blueberries and mint.
- Add cold brew, lime, and honey syrup over ice.
- Top with soda and stir gently.
Cocktail: Replace the soda with prosecco.
