Order processing

Orders are prepared and packed within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping methods and cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Delivery estimates

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your address and the carrier's service. You'll receive tracking as soon as it's on its way. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at Support@leafandwillowtea.com.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email Support@leafandwillowtea.com and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
