Ingredients
- 1 cup water (200°F)
- 1.5 tsp Vanilla Cream Earl Grey
- ½ cup steamed milk (dairy or oat)
- 2 tsp honey or vanilla syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Steps
- Steep 4 minutes, then strain.
- Stir in the honey.
- Froth the milk and pour over.
- Dust with cinnamon.
Cocktail: Earl Grey Gin Fizz. Cool the tea, shake 1 oz tea, 1.5 oz gin, ½ oz lemon, and ½ oz simple syrup with ice, then top with soda.
