Vanilla Cream Earl Grey · serves 1 · hot

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water (200°F)
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla Cream Earl Grey
  • ½ cup steamed milk (dairy or oat)
  • 2 tsp honey or vanilla syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Steps

  1. Steep 4 minutes, then strain.
  2. Stir in the honey.
  3. Froth the milk and pour over.
  4. Dust with cinnamon.

Cocktail: Earl Grey Gin Fizz. Cool the tea, shake 1 oz tea, 1.5 oz gin, ½ oz lemon, and ½ oz simple syrup with ice, then top with soda.
