Maple Breakfast Tea Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water (200°F)
  • 2 tsp English Breakfast
  • ½ cup frothed milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Steps

  1. Steep 4 minutes, then strain.
  2. Stir in the maple and cinnamon.
  3. Top with frothed milk.

Iced: cool the tea, pour over ice, then add cold milk and maple.

Cocktail: Bourbon Breakfast Toddy. 6 oz hot strong tea, 1.5 oz bourbon, 2 tsp maple, and a squeeze of lemon.
