Ingredients

- 2 tsp English Breakfast
- ½ cup frothed milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
Steps
- Steep 4 minutes, then strain.
- Stir in the maple and cinnamon.
- Top with frothed milk.
Iced: cool the tea, pour over ice, then add cold milk and maple.
Cocktail: Bourbon Breakfast Toddy. 6 oz hot strong tea, 1.5 oz bourbon, 2 tsp maple, and a squeeze of lemon.
