Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon Sencha (2 tsp per 8 oz at 175°F, 3 minutes, then cooled; do not oversteep)
- 1 cup fresh watermelon juice (blend and strain)
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 tsp honey syrup
- 4 oz soda water
- Ice
- Watermelon and lime to garnish
Steps
- Combine the cooled tea, watermelon juice, lime, and honey syrup over ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish.
Cocktail: Add 1.5 oz vodka per glass.
